The Hill of Tara is an ancient ceremonial and burial site in County Meath, Ireland. Tradition identifies the hills as the inauguration place and seat of the High Kings of Ireland. This sacred place dating back over 5000 years has inspired us to create this unique whiskey.
Our casks are matured in close proximity to the Hill of Tara, in Ireland’s historic Boyne Valley. The word Temris means sanctuary or sacred space. Enjoy Temris in your own sacred space or in the company of good friends.

21 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY
A unique single malt whiskey matured in the finest ex-bourbon oak casks before being transferred to Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain for richness and complexity.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: A delicate bouquet of floral and fruity notes, with hints of vanilla and honey.
Palate: Smooth and rich, featuring layers of malt, subtle spices, and a touch of oak.
Finish: Long and satisfying, leaving a warm, lingering sweetness.
5 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY
This Single Malt Irish Whiskey has been matured in the finest ex bourbon oak casks before being transferred to casks previously used to mature Pedro Ximenez sherry. Pedro Ximenez, also known as P.X., is a variety of grape used in the making of a sweet wine in the southern regions of Spain. It is one of the darkest sherry types available and gives the whiskey a dark amber colour and a rich fruity influence.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Enticing aromas of rich treacle and dried figs blend seamlessly with hints of plum, raisins, and a touch of warm baking spices.
Palate: A rich palate revealing layers of caramelised nuts, sultanas, and juicy plums, all balanced by warm notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of toasted oak.
Finish: The finish is smooth and satisfying, with lingering flavours of pipe tobacco, baking spices and a pleasant warm trace of dried orchard fruits.
